Learn: Soft tissue release, Adaptations of Basic Massage Techniques for Sports Massage,Massage for Pre-activity, Mid-activity, Post-activity or Remedial Massage, Postural Assessment and Understanding Muscle Imbalance, Assisted Stretching Techniques, Mobilization Techniques, Trigger Point, Massage Gun, Deep Tissue Techniques.
Pre-requisite: Diploma Level 3 in Holistic, Swedish, Therapeutic, Aromatherapy or Full Body Massage, SMCE Online Holistic Massage Diploma Level 3 Course
Ideal for: Experienced Therapists who are looking to add to their existing skill set.
Timescale: 5 days of intensive training plus home study and final exam
Hours : 150 – including Blended Learning Program of pre-course Home Study plus Live Fast-track Intensive training, with post-course theory 25 hours of case study practice and final exam.
Optional Work Placement : We offer our students on this course the option to complete their post course case study practice with the professional athletes and trainers at Tenerife Top Training and the prestigious Duke Gym in Del Duque where Elaine has her own massage centre. You will complete the required 25 hours of practice within an additional 3 weeks period after your live intensive training and there is an additional fee of 250€ if you wish this opportunity. On completion of your work placement we can also offer students a reference for future employers which can add to your CV and employment prospects
