Ideal for: Experienced sports or deep tissue massage therapists who are interested in treating debilitating pain, injuries and working with chronic conditions

We will be working with a combination of Advanced Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage techniques on this course. We will create a strategy for each condition and how to effectively treat it in 1 hour over a course of sessions.
Course Content:
As an Advanced Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage therapist you will learn how to successfully treat pain in the following areas:
Shoulders
Lower Back
Neck
Hips and Glutes
Legs
Your 3-day Advanced Bodyworker Course will include how to treat clients with a combination of Deep Tissue with Myofascial Meridians and an emphasis on how to unlock deep-rooted stagnant tension in the body and also the Energy Meridians, including releasing the energy centres, using the breath with deep abdominal work for rebalancing of the full physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state. Students will receive a 2-hour treatment from Elaine and also learn how to give this highly specialised type of effective treatment for their clients.
